August 2020 the the annual Notting Hill Carnival was unable to take place because of covid restrictions so the carnival organisers approached Dimension Studio to float the idea of doing this as a live stream. I was approached alongside 80Six to help realise the idea of streaming this as an XR Stage setup so in a very short space of time we assembled a team versed in what at the time was a very new technology. The stream spread across 2 days consisted of pre-recorded performances alongside live presenters and interviews from our temporary XR stage in Wimbledon.
